Zombra is the reality-capture arm of Futura USA, an architectural metal fabricator in Miami. We measure what already exists so the next drawing, model or part fits the first time.
A scanning company inside a fabrication company
Working alongside a fabrication shop changes what we deliver. We know where tolerance actually matters, which dimensions get taken off the model, and what happens on site when a field condition is off by half an inch.

What we do
We capture existing conditions with terrestrial laser scanning and deliver one registered dataset. From it we produce point clouds, as-built drawings, Revit models, CAD and fabrication geometry, and inspection and deviation reports. See all our laser scanning services.
How we work
- Instruments: terrestrial laser scanner (Leica RTC360), drone photogrammetry and total-station control.
- Accuracy: registered to 2–6 mm, measured against a total-station control network and reported per project.
- Registration report: every delivery includes one, so accuracy is measured, not assumed.
- On site: occupied and live sites, with nights and weekends on request.
- Confidentiality: NDA on request. Data is retained and shared on your terms.
- Quote: a method, a schedule and a fixed price within one business day.
