Privacy policy
How Zombra handles the details you send us, and the data collected when you use the Site. Effective September 23, 2026.
Who this policy covers
Zombra ("Zombra," "we," "us" or "our") is the 3D laser scanning and reality capture service of Futura USA, and operates the website zombra.xyz (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or sending us information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information we collect
You provide directly
When you request a quote, send us project documents, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- Identity information: your name, job title, and company or firm name.
- Contact information: email address, phone number, and business or project address.
- Project information: project location, the deliverable you need, timeline and scope notes, and any drawings, specifications or photographs you send us.
- Commercial information: quotes requested and payment details, where applicable.
- Communications: the content of emails, form submissions and calls you send us.
Collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and how you use the Site, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and for how long, the site or ad that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect it with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics. Our hosting provider also logs standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps, for security and performance.
The quote request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which sets a cookie and collects technical and interaction data to tell people apart from bots. See "Cookies and tracking technologies" below.
The video on our home page is hosted by Cloudinary, which receives your IP address and browser details when the video loads.
From third parties
We may receive information about you from referral sources, such as architects, general contractors, developers and prior clients, and from publicly available business directories.
Sensitive information
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or sexual orientation through the Site. Please do not submit this information to us through the Site’s forms.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare a scoped method, schedule and fixed price, coordinate field capture and delivery, send project updates, and meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. We use device and usage data to understand how the Site is used, improve it, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on the Site. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
What we use
- Security: Google reCAPTCHA protects the quote request form from spam and automated submissions. It sets a cookie and collects technical and interaction data from your device.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and similar tools tell us which pages people visit, how they found the Site, and how they use it.
- Advertising and measurement: we may use advertising tools, such as those from Google, to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site, on other websites and apps.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may stop the quote form’s reCAPTCHA check from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and control the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.
Data retention
We retain the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to your request and deliver your project, and after that as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance or contractual obligations. Your data is retained and shared on your terms, and we sign an NDA on request. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold, access it, correct it, delete it, or obtain a portable copy. You can also limit analytics and advertising cookies as described in "Cookies and tracking technologies."
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information (see "Sensitive information" above) by email or through the Site.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will note it on the Site.
