Laser scanning services for buildings and sites

Six core laser scanning services, one field team. Every engagement starts with the deliverable you need and works backward to the right capture method.

3D Laser Scanning

High-accuracy terrestrial LiDAR for buildings, interiors, façades, plants and infrastructure, registered into one clean point cloud.

OutE57 · RCP · LAS

As-Built Surveys

Measured floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and sections, drawn directly from field data instead of old sets.

OutDWG · DXF · PDF

Scan to BIM

Point clouds converted into coordinated Revit models at a stated LOD, for renovation, design development and construction.

OutRVT · IFC · NWD

Drone Photogrammetry

Aerial capture of roofs, terrain, façades and large sites, with orthomosaics, meshes and contextual site data.

OutOrthomosaic · OBJ · LAS

Digital Twins

Measurable, link-shared replicas of facilities that owners and teams can walk, measure and review from anywhere.

OutWeb viewer · E57

Reverse Engineering

Parts, assemblies and sculptures rebuilt as clean, dimensioned CAD when no original drawings or models exist.

OutSTL · OBJ · DWG

One capture, many deliverables

Every service starts the same way: we capture existing conditions and register them into one dataset. It is accurate to 2–6 mm, measured against a total-station control network and reported per project.

Point clouds, drawings, BIM models, meshes and twins are all built from that one record. That is how one capture becomes 12 deliverables, from point clouds to fabrication geometry, with nothing re-measured.

Also delivered from the same capture

Some services are part of a larger one, so they sit inside these pages:

Ask a question

Which laser scanning service do I need?

Start with the deliverable your team builds from. A point cloud or inspection report comes from a 3D laser scanning survey, drawings from as-built surveys, and a Revit model from Scan to BIM. Not sure? Request a quote and we will recommend the method.

What is 3D laser scanning?

3D laser scanning uses a terrestrial laser scanner to measure every visible surface of a building, site or object. The scans are registered, meaning aligned, into one point cloud: a measurable 3D record of existing conditions. As-built drawings, Revit models and fabrication geometry are built from it.

How accurate is a registered point cloud?

Scans are registered to 2–6 mm, measured against a total-station control network and reported per project. Our registration reports typically average about 4.5 mm (0.015 ft). Every delivery ships with a registration report, so accuracy is measured, not assumed.

How much does 3D laser scanning cost?

Every project is priced on scope: area, site complexity, access, the deliverable and the level of development. Send the address and what you need out of the data, and we reply within one business day with a method, a schedule and a fixed price.

What file formats do you deliver?

Point clouds come as E57, RCP, RCS or LAS. Drawings come as DWG, DXF or PDF, BIM models as RVT, IFC or NWD, and meshes as OBJ, FBX, STL or GLB. Imagery comes as a 360° panorama or an orthomosaic, and digital twins are web-hosted and measurable. Tell us what your team opens when you request a quote.
